About Me

I am the director of the AHF Healthcare Center: Washington DC, K Street. I am a Provider and Administrative Medical Director in Washington, D.C., joining the organization with over 10 years of experience in HIV treatment and advocacy. I'm thrilled to partner with an organization that knows how to care for patients living with HIV in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and comprehensive way. I've spent my career learning the science behind HIV care while also practicing holistic care for the person, not just their diagnosis.

I love HIV care, attracted by both the scientific advances in the field as well as the mystery of the disease and why prevention is critical. I also love the diversity of people I meet in the field—patients and colleagues. I work to teach primary care providers about HIV and help patients understand the disease, treatment, and prevention. I look forward to continuing these efforts and growing my practice at AHF.

Fun Fact: I love a dancefloor! I'm working on improving my salsa and want to learn how to Kizomba next.
