About Me

I am a provider of the AHF Healthcare Centers: Bronx HCC. As a nurse practitioner, I initially thought I would focus on cardiology. The heart is essential to life, just like the brain, kidneys, and liver. However, I found myself drawn to HIV medicine, a field I knew very little about at first, but have grown to deeply love. Caring for patients in this specialty has become one of the most meaningful parts of my career.

I chose to work with AHF because I am passionate about helping patients understand the value of caring for their health. I want to empower them to live full, fruitful, and prosperous lives. In the past, an HIV diagnosis was often associated with fear. Today, I strive to give patients hope by showing them that there is life after an HIV diagnosis. For patients who are HIV-negative, I provide the tools and education they need to stay negative.

My personal principle is to treat patients the way I would want to be treated - with dignity and respect, regardless of race, religion, or gender identity.
